On the sidelines of the 52nd session of the Economic Commission for Africa "The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa — UNICA" from March 20 to 26, 2019 in Marrakech; we had the opportunity to participate in collaboration with other event agencies in different aspects (event assistance, organisation of the timeline schedule, hostesses, cleaning of spaces committed for these events…), managing the complexity of timing and our field of intervention given that all spaces were exploited throughout the period under a strict schedule followed by a voting system led by the general secretary of the Ministry of Finance.
