As part of the organization of the IGTM from October 14 to 17, 2019, once again we had the opportunity to participate in collaboration with other agencies in the organisation of this Salon by assisting in producing badges, hostesses for the welcome desk, security and taking care of stands, networking spaces and meetings, conference rooms, transportation of some delegations, accommodation…; and we were able to prove our ability to ensure success and quality service in exceptional events of international scope. We established a rotation system for our teams in stands and catering areas, taking into account the timing of meetings, networking periods, and the opening and closing periods of the spaces.
